Enrollment And Payment
Enrollment is confirmed through direct communication with CSGD. Payment details are handled outside the website for now. No online payment is processed through this website.
Course Fees And Refunds
Course fees and installments already paid are generally non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. CSGD courses are live interactive learning programs, and active enrollment may include ongoing teaching, learning resources, recordings, course materials, Practice Hub content, mentorship, and related services.
Once an installment has been paid and access or services for that enrollment period have been provided, CSGD does not normally refund that installment merely because a student later decides to stop participating.
Installment Due Dates And Grace Period
Each installment has a stated due date, and students should make the installment payment by that date. CSGD provides a 7-calendar-day grace period for an overdue installment to allow reasonable time to resolve a late payment.
The grace period is not a free additional course period and does not cancel the installment that became due.
Payment Hold And Missed Installments
If an installment remains unpaid after the 7-calendar-day grace period, the student's enrollment may be placed on Payment Hold. Access to ongoing course services may then be temporarily suspended, including Practice Hub access, future or new course materials, new session recordings, CSGD-hosted recording access, and future live classes or class links.
A Payment Hold applies to access provided through CSGD-controlled platforms and services. It does not delete or revoke files that a student has already independently downloaded. Active access can be restored when the required outstanding payment is settled.
An overdue installment remains payable. If the following installment has also become due before the student continues, both the overdue installment and the current installment must be settled before full active access is restored.
Course Hold Or Withdrawal
A student may request to stop or place their course participation on hold at any time. Once participation is placed on hold, active course access ends, and the student will no longer receive ongoing or new access to live sessions, Practice Hub content, recordings, materials, or resources while on hold.
Future course fees do not continue accumulating merely because a student has formally stopped or placed participation on hold. However, any installment that had already become due for a period in which the student remained actively enrolled or accessed course services remains subject to these payment terms.
Resume With A Later Batch
A student who previously stopped or placed the course on hold may request to resume with a later batch from approximately the stage where they stopped. If CSGD accepts the request, the student does not need to repay installments for stages already completed and paid for, and instead continues with the remaining or upcoming applicable installments. Any valid outstanding installment from the previous active enrollment must first be settled where applicable.
Resuming is subject to:
- Space and seat availability.
- Curriculum compatibility.
- The relevant stage being available in a future batch.
- CSGD confirming an appropriate re-entry point.
CSGD cannot guarantee entry into any future batch at an exact date, lesson, or stage.
Restart From The Beginning
If a former student chooses to join a future batch again from Day 1 instead of resuming from a previous stage, this is treated as a new enrollment. The full course fee applicable to that future batch applies, and payments from the earlier enrollment are not automatically credited toward the new full restart.
A future batch may differ from an earlier enrollment. Differences may include updated live teaching, new projects, a revised curriculum, new resources, updated Practice Hub content, new value additions, or changes to mentorship and program delivery.
Recording And Learning-Material Access
Recordings, resources, lessons, tasks, and materials are for the enrolled student and are provided as part of active enrollment. Students should not redistribute course content without permission from CSGD.
Active access provided through CSGD-controlled systems may end when enrollment is held, stopped, suspended for overdue payment, or otherwise becomes inactive. Newer recordings, materials, and resources are not provided while participation is on hold.
Certificates And Badges
Certificates and digital badges depend on participation, completion, and required submissions. Certification is not automatic without completing the required course work.
No Guarantees
CSGD provides education, mentorship, and project guidance. We do not promise guaranteed jobs, guaranteed internships, guaranteed employment, guaranteed freelance income, guaranteed clients, or guaranteed earnings.
Student Conduct
Students should participate respectfully, submit original work, and follow course and community rules shared by CSGD.
